In recent years, we all know how game-changing a pivot can be, and this classic Fortitude Valley eatery is taking their pivot to the next culinary level!

Kenjin has just unveiled its newly renovated Japanese-inspired fusion restaurant, transforming its enviable Brunswick Street location into a verified Asian destination. Now home to an intimate dining experience tucked away behind a discreet barn door, Japanese minimalism meets vibrant flavours to create an inherently elegant yet innovative visit.

Kenjin

Kenjin’s new head chef’s prestigious portfolio includes a stint at Nobu Melbourne, which has helped carve the new menu of visually-stunning and palate-pleasing dishes – combining traditional Japanese techniques with inventive flavours. From the teriyaki salmon with a truffle potato puree, red caviar, and housemade sauce to yuzu hiromasa kingfish complete with coconut gel and butterfly pea, long-established flavours are revolutionised on the plate.

Similarly, Kenjin’s cocktail menu has been curated by skilled mixologists to take you on a taste adventure, featuring handcrafted liquor infusions and signature cocktails.

Kenjin will reopen on 19 January at 247 Brunswick Street, Fortitude Valley. Book here.
